The signed DPA is the document that counts. This page tells you what it covers in plain English so you can ask for it before a pilot goes live.
Roles
You are the controller of your customers’ data. Algonix is a processor, and only for the personal data the workflow you agreed actually needs.
What we process
Typically: order or booking details, supplier invoice line items, and payment references that already live in the systems you run. We do not take a parallel copy of your whole customer list.
What we do not do
- Use your customers’ data to train public models
- Sell it
- Keep it after you switch us off — we delete what we hold
