The signed DPA is the document that counts. This page tells you what it covers in plain English so you can ask for it before a build goes live.
Roles
You are the controller of your customers’ data. Algonix is a processor only for the personal data we need to run the automation you asked for.
What we process
Typically: names, phone numbers, booking or order details, and payment references that already live in your diary or card processor. We do not take a parallel copy of your whole customer list for marketing.
What we do not do
- Use your customers’ data to train public models
- Sell it
- Keep it after you switch us off — we delete what we hold
