The shape of it

A pilot is a fortnight, on one workflow, with read-only access. We agree the scope, the fee, the start date and the stop date in writing before a single system is connected.

At the end we hand you the number we set out to measure, compared against where you started. If the number is not there, we say so.

What it costs

The pilot is a small fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start.

If you keep the system, it moves to a simple monthly service — typically a small bundle, run for you — agreed at the end of the pilot. No contract, cancel monthly.

What we ask for

• Read-only access to the systems that one workflow touches, and nothing wider
• A named person we can ask a question of, so we are not guessing
• Permission to publish the result — anonymised if you prefer. We will not invent a number, and you see anything about your business before it goes up

What you can do at any time

• Pause the pilot
• Revoke the access yourself, from inside your own tools, without a conversation
• Decline to continue at the end, and owe nothing beyond the agreed pilot fee

Ownership

You own what we build for you. It runs on your accounts and your tools. If we part ways, it keeps working and you keep it.
