What we collect from this website

If you request a proposal we store what you typed — the business name, the area, your role, the line about what is biting, and the email address or number you gave us — plus the time you sent it. We use it to research your venue and send you the proposal, and to reply if you write back.

We use a form email provider to deliver those messages and a database to hold the request until it is answered.

The research we do before we speak

Before sending a proposal we read what is already public about your business: your website, your listings, your ordering channels, your public social presence. We do not contact your staff, your customers or your suppliers, and we do not buy data about you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not buy marketing lists of personal mobile numbers to cold-text sole traders. Analytics is used to understand which pages work, not to profile you as an individual for advertising.

When we run a pilot for you

A pilot is read-only. Your customers’ data stays in the systems you already use. We minimise what we hold, we can provide a data-processing agreement before anything is connected, and when you switch us off we delete what we hold.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at umerzia@algonix-dev.com.
