The lunch line is ringing out while you make the coffee.

Phones On: it answers on your existing number, takes the order, sends a pay-by-link, and pushes a ticket to the printer or till you already have. Your staff stay on the counter.

Sunday BooksAdd-on: supplier invoices and card takings capture themselves and land in Xero, so your Sunday night stops belonging to a spreadsheet.

Phone orders answered, paid, and on the counter ticket — while you make the coffee.

You won’t believe a phone agent can take a full order until you hear it take yours.

What it plugs into

Your line, your counter, your books.

We build around the number and the systems you already run. No new till, and no app for guests.

The number you already have

No port, no change to your listings. Calls fall back to ringing the normal way if anything goes down.

Your POS or counter printer

Orders land as a ticket on the printer or till you already look at. Nothing new to learn at 12:15.

Payment before you start it

A payment link by text, authorised before the ticket is fired.

Sunday Books (add-on)

Supplier invoices and card takings captured, coded, and posted to Xero.

Your menu, kept current

Specials update from the same list you already keep, and the agent picks them up quickly.

A human fallback, always

Allergen questions, complaints, and anything unusual go to a person or a callback, never to a guess.

The offer

Build free. Run it free for 30 days.

Then £179 per site per month — or we switch it off. No contract.

The case we can prove

We automated our own five-site gym and sauna company in London first.

Five sites, real members, real bookings, real refunds. Before we sold an AI front desk to anyone else, we ran one on our own business — and we still do. These are our numbers, not a client’s.

~76%
of member conversations now involve AI
94.7%
customer experience score
Five
London sites, live deposits and WhatsApp flows

Members message the way they already do; the AI handles enquiry, booking and rescheduling.

Deposits are taken at booking, with the refund and rollover rules that stop disputes.

Anything sensitive — complaints, refunds, edge cases — goes to a human, by design.

Same team, same playbook, same code. If it is not good enough for our own sites, we do not install it for you.

Build slots

We run 5–10 builds at a time so every install gets the founders' attention.

5 of 5 open now. Next start 18 August 2026. Join the waitlist and we research your shop.

Fair questions

What café owners ask first.

Will callers know they’re talking to AI?

Yes. The agent discloses that it’s an AI assistant when it answers, and never pretends to be a member of your counter team. Allergen questions, complaints, and anything it isn’t confident about go to a human or a callback rather than a guess.

Does it work with my till or printer?

Yes. Orders land where your team already looks — a kitchen or counter printer, a tablet, or the POS you already run. There’s no new till to learn and no app for guests.

What happens at the lunch rush when nobody can pick up?

That’s the point of it. The agent answers the line while your staff stay on the coffee and the pass, so the calls you currently lose become paid tickets instead.

Can it take payment before you start the order?

Yes. It sends a payment link by text and authorises the card, so the ticket is already paid. That removes the chase on large collection orders and the walk-away risk.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing for the build, and nothing for the first 30 days. After that it is £179 per site per month, or we switch it off. Sunday Books is £99 extra.
