Friday night, the pass is full, and the phone will not stop.

Phones On plus No-Show Shield: it answers on your existing number, takes the order or the booking, handles menu and dietary questions, collects payment, and drops a paid ticket where your kitchen already looks.

Industry data, not our claims

What a ringing phone actually costs.

1 in 20
restaurant bookings ends as a no-show
~£1,325
lost per restaurant per two months to no-shows, in sampled UK data

Figures are published UK hospitality and hair-and-beauty industry data, rounded and quoted as ranges. They describe the sector, not Algonix results.

What it plugs into

Your line, your kitchen, your books.

We build around the number and the systems you already run. No new till, and no app for guests.

The number you already have

No port, no change to your listings or menus. Calls fall back to ringing the normal way if anything goes down.

Your POS or kitchen rail

Orders land as a printed-style ticket on a kitchen tablet, or straight into the POS and booking system you already run.

Payment before the kitchen starts

A payment link by text, authorised before the ticket is fired, so large collection orders stop being a chase.

Sunday Books (add-on)

Supplier invoices and card takings captured, coded, and posted to Xero, so month-end is a review rather than a week.

Your menu, kept current

Specials update from the same spreadsheet you already keep, and the agent picks them up within a minute.

A human fallback, always

Allergen questions, complaints, and anything unusual go to a person or a callback, never to a guess.

The offer

Build free. Run it free for 30 days.

Then £249 per site per month — or we switch it off. No contract.

The case we can prove

We automated our own five-site gym and sauna company in London first.

Five sites, real members, real bookings, real refunds. Before we sold an AI front desk to anyone else, we ran one on our own business — and we still do. These are our numbers, not a client’s.

~76%
of member conversations now involve AI
94.7%
customer experience score
Five
London sites, live deposits and WhatsApp flows

Members message the way they already do; the AI handles enquiry, booking and rescheduling.

Deposits are taken at booking, with the refund and rollover rules that stop disputes.

Anything sensitive — complaints, refunds, edge cases — goes to a human, by design.

Same team, same playbook, same code. If it is not good enough for our own sites, we do not install it for you.

Build slots

We run 5–10 builds at a time so every install gets the founders' attention.

5 of 5 open now. Next start 18 August 2026. Join the waitlist and we research your shop.

Fair questions

What restaurant owners ask first.

Will callers know they’re talking to AI?

Yes. The agent discloses that it’s an AI assistant when it answers, and never pretends to be a member of your floor team. Allergen questions, complaints, and anything it isn’t confident about are escalated to a human or taken as a callback rather than guessed at.

Does it work with my POS or booking system?

Yes. Orders and covers land where your team already looks — a kitchen tablet, your ticket rail, or your POS and booking system. There’s no new till to learn and no app for guests to download.

What happens during a rush when everything is busy?

That’s the point of it. The agent answers every line at once while your staff stay on the pass and the floor, so the calls you currently lose to voicemail become paid tickets instead.

Can it take payment before the kitchen starts?

Yes. It sends a payment link by text and authorises the card, so the ticket reaches the kitchen already paid. That removes both the chase for large collection orders and the risk of a walk-away.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing for the build, and nothing for the first 30 days. After that it is £249 per site per month, or we switch it off. Sunday Books is £99 extra.
